LISLE, IL – Optimum Safety Management™ announces the introduction of the new Optimum Center for Safety Leadership™ (OCSL). The OCSL will include a series of workshops designed to engage leaders across manufacturing and construction sectors and equip them to “own” safety in their workplace. These courses are offered as stand-alone courses or a full series to teach tangible skills for supervisors in the workplace.
The development of the Optimum Center for Safety Leadership™ has been led by Chief Operating Officer and President, Bill Holder. Bill provides expertise in safety leadership development from his work in various leadership roles across industries, including mining and petrochemical. Bill has seen the direct implications of safety leadership development as he has built a collaborative culture in 5 different organizations and produced world-class safety records.
